Terms of Service

Our terms, in plain English.

Last updated: 23 October 2026

1. Who we are

These terms apply when you buy a website or hosting from Omar Digital, operated by Omar Daaboul, Constantinou Palaiologou 40, 8201 Geroskipou, Paphos, Cyprus (“we”, “us”). “You” means the business or person paying. By paying, you agree to these terms.

2. Your website (€195)

The one-time €195 fee covers design and setup of one page for one business, in one language, with one round of changes before launch. The full list is on our pricing section.

Optional add-ons (for example extra pages, a second language or a booking link) are chosen at checkout at the prices shown. Anything else is quoted first at €35/hour, and we only do it once you’ve agreed.

3. Your content

You supply the text, photos, logo and other material for your website. You confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it’s accurate and lawful. We handle any personal information in it as described in our Privacy policy. If we write text for you (an add-on), you review and approve it before launch.

4. Timeline

We usually finish within 5–7 working days of receiving all your materials. The timeline depends on getting your materials and your review on time; if they’re delayed, launch moves back accordingly.

5. Hosting plans

Every website needs a hosting plan: Basic hosting, €9/month or Hosting + monthly updates, €19/month. Plans are monthly, with no contract.

You pay €195 today. Your monthly plan starts 14 days later, or when your site goes live if that’s later. If we’re still waiting on your materials, we push the start date back so you aren’t charged before launch.

The €19 plan includes one small change each month. What counts as a monthly update is set out under “What counts as a monthly update?”.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel any time online through Stripe’s customer portal ↗ (opens Stripe in a new tab), or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you won’t be charged again.

7. Missed payments

If a monthly payment fails, Stripe retries it automatically and we’ll let you know. If it’s still unpaid 30 days after it was due, we may take your website offline. We’ll warn you before we do. Once payment is up to date, we put it back online.

8. Refunds

  • Cancel before we start work on your website: full refund of the €195.
  • Once we’ve delivered the design for your review: the €195 is not refundable.
  • Add-ons you paid for but we haven’t delivered yet: refunded.
  • Monthly hosting payments already made are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time.

This doesn’t affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Cyprus and EU law.

9. Your domain name

We register your domain (e.g. yourbusiness.com) in Omar Digital’s account, with you named as the registrant. You pay the registration and renewal cost, at cost. We transfer it to you free of charge whenever you ask, including when you leave.

10. Who owns what

You own your content: your text, photos, logo and business information.

We own the website’s design and code, and license it to you for use while your website is hosted with us. If you leave, we can hand over a copy of your website files on request.

11. Our liability

We take care to keep your website online and working, but can’t guarantee it will never be interrupted. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren’t liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

12. Privacy

How we collect, use and protect personal information, including anything in the materials you send us, is explained in our Privacy policy. That policy also explains your data protection rights and how to use them.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus have jurisdiction.
