Approve and go live
You see the finished page and get one round of changes. Once you approve it, we launch it on your web address.
What happens after I pay?
Stripe emails you a receipt. Within one business day we contact you to confirm what we need from you and when your site will be ready.
What’s the difference between the two hosting plans?
Basic hosting, €9/month: your website stays online on fast, secure hosting with SSL (the padlock), kept running by us.
Hosting + monthly updates, €19/month: everything in Basic plus one small change each month. See What counts as a monthly update? below.

Do I need a domain name?
Yes, a web address like yourbusiness.com. It’s extra, at cost, and agreed with you before we register it. Already have one? We can use it.
What do I need to provide?
Your text, logo, up to 10 photos you own or have permission to use, and the contact details customers should use.
What isn’t included?
Extra pages, booking links or forms, a Greek or Russian version and more are available as add-ons with fixed prices: tick the ones you want at checkout. Online shops, a second business and anything else are quoted first at €35/hour. Domain registration and other third-party costs are extra, at cost.
Will my website be first on Google?
No one can honestly promise that. Your page is set up so Google can read it properly, but rankings also depend on competition, reviews and your wider online presence.
Can you update my existing website?
Yes. We look at your current site first, then give you a written quote before any work starts.
How do I manage or cancel my hosting?
Online, any time, through Stripe’s secure customer portal. Log in with the email address you used at checkout and Stripe emails you a secure link. There you can update your payment method or billing details, view and download invoices, or cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period, and you will not be charged for another renewal.
What if I change my mind?
If you cancel before we start work on your website, you get a full refund of the €195. Once we’ve delivered the design for your review, the €195 is not refundable. Add-ons you’ve paid for but we haven’t delivered yet are refunded. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Full details are in our Terms.
Can my website be in Greek or Russian?
Yes, as an add-on: €69 per language. You supply or approve the text. We work with you in English and French.
